Stayed here March 6 and 7th. Was very impressed! Rooms were super nice and clean, beds comfy and loved that the room had a full size fridge and kitchenette. Will definitely stay there again.

Rooms are exceptionally clean, front desk staff professional polite good communicators. Silly as it sounds the rooms were well constructed as well as the hotel was well constructed. Nicely laid out lots of rooms surprised by how much room in each unit. The fridge was an excellent size fridge sink utensils were clean as well bathroom lots of room good planning very clean very happy with our stay here will be back

Had a very good experience at the hotel. May was amazing. Friendly and very helpful. We would definitely come back because of the exceptional service May gave us. The breakfast experience not so great.

This was really, really great. Easy to book, got us a cab voucher to be shuttled from the airport, all booking and check-in with no problems. Its a clean, well-built building. Nice layout and lounge for complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious, generous - full-sized fridge, sink and glassware, nice bathroom. We got a discount on a booking website, and I have to say - the value is crazy for what we paid. The room had two super comfy queen beds, a lovely bathroom/ensuite. Robes, fluffy towels, nice lighting. I will not hesitate to come back. Not going to book anywhere else. Keep the cleaning standards - you guys are one of the cleanest hotels I've ever seen.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing and made our entire experience so much better. She is incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming every single time. She goes above and beyond to accommodate us, including helping with late checkout, calling cabs, and making everything feel effortless. Every time I come to Grand Prairie, I will be staying at Encore Suites because of Stephanie. She is a huge reason we keep coming back and an absolute asset to the hotel.

Surprised when Dispatch got me a Room here.. open the door, was not expecting that jacuzzi suite. Very nice setup. just wish the TVs would turn on. I was too tired to fight with it and ask for help.

We stayed here for four days. The room was large and included a full-sized fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine with coffee pods. Amenities offered included bathrobes, laundry facilities, a gym, and an ATM. Save On Foods, Walmart, and Dollarama within walking distance. Additionally, there is a small shop right behind the front desk where you can purchase snacks, drinks, laundry detergent, and other useful items.
